New Online Banking Security Upgrade

To continue strengthening the protection of your financial information, Valley Credit Union is introducing an upgraded login security experience that replaces outdated security questions with a faster, more secure verification method. Beginning Tuesday February 3rd, security questions will no longer be used when logging into Online or Mobile Banking. Instead, you will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) directly on your phone via text or voice call whenever you log in from a new device, browser, or location. If you are experiencing Mobile App issues, this is due to our updated security features, which require you to log in to your account on our website first, before using the Mobile App. This enhanced approach provides stronger defense against unauthorized access and ensures a smoother login process—no more remembering old answers. To avoid service interruptions, it is essential that your phone numbers on file are accurate and up to date. You can easily review and update them within Online or Mobile Banking, or by contacting us at (503) 364-7999. Keeping your phone numbers current ensures you continue enjoying secure, seamless access to your accounts.
