We’re excited to announce a new way for you to connect with us! We’ve launched the Valley Credit Union virtual assistant on Google Home and Amazon Alexa, and we want to make sure you can get immediate answers to your questions about Valley Credit Union and our services.

What is the virtual assistant? It’s a chatbot, computer software that understands simple questions and can provide you with the answers you need. The more questions it gets asked, the more it learns, and the better it will get at helping you out! It’s safe and secure to use, and you can talk to it on Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

Here are some of the things you can talk to the  Valley Credit Union virtual assistant about:

For now, the virtual assistant doesn’t ask you to log in - so it doesn’t have access to any of your personal financial information, and it won’t provide answers to questions about your Valley Credit Union financial accounts. Our online banking is still the best way to manage your accounts!

To use the chatbot on Google Home:
Just say “Ok Google, talk to Valley Credit Union” and then you can get started asking questions!
To use the chatbot on Amazon Alexa:
Using the Alexa app on your phone, search for the skill “Valley Credit Union” and add it. Once it’s added to the app, you will be able to say, “Alexa, open Valley Credit Union” to start a conversation.
