SYSTEM UPGRADE – MARCH 2, 2025

To Our Valued Members: At Valley Credit Union, to further support your financial needs into the future, we will be converting our core data processing system to a new and improved platform effective March 2nd, 2025.

How does this affect you?

This conversion will cause the following service interruptions/changes – so please plan accordingly:

Online Banking and our Mobile Banking application will be unavailable starting at 3PM Friday, February 28th and then back up Sunday March 2nd.

Once our conversion is complete, services will resume ASAP on Sunday, March 2nd.

Q: Why is Valley Credit Union making this change?

 A: This system upgrade is an important technological advancement for our credit union to improve our security and enhance our services. Our entire organization has spent many months preparing for this change.

Q: Will account numbers change?

A: No, account numbers will remain the same

Q: Will I be able to log into Online Banking with the same login id & password?

A: Yes, you will use your existing Login Id & Password.
